Shipping & Handling
All standard shipping and handling is absolutely FREE whether you order a single item or multiple items. All orders are processed and shipped within one business day after payment is received. However, if your payment is received immediately after purchase, AND BEFORE 12pm Pacific Standard Time, your order(s) will be shipped the same day as purchased.

Your order(s) will typically arrive in 3-7 business days upon departure from our facility. Please allow additional processing time for any add-on and/or back-ordered items.
Expedited Shipping
Your order(s) will typically arrive in 2-3 business days upon departure from our facility. You must contact us immediately “by phone” after payment is made, BEFORE 5pm Pacific Standard Time, to arrange shipping (additional cost apply based on current rates). Please allow additional processing time for any add-on and/or back-ordered items.
Express Shipping
Your order(s) will typically arrive in 2 business days upon departure from our facility. You must contact us immediately “by phone” after payment is made, BEFORE 5pm Pacific Standard Time, to arrange shipping (additional cost apply based on current rates). Return Shipping
Please refer to Store Policy. You must contact us in advance to obtain Return Authorization.
Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii
We do not offer Standing Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii. However, you may contact us in advance to check rates.
Shipping to Canada
We do offer Standard Shipping to Canada. However, buyer is responsible for Canadian Brokerage and Duty fee for any item entering the country (different rates apply to certain items). All payments will be collected (COD terms) by our shipping carrier, UPS.

To ensure that your package arrives safely and securely, Ebigonline is partnered with the shipping leader UPS. You will receive shipping confirmation e-mail with tracking number soon as the package is shipped.
