We ship all items the next business day after payment is received, via UPS 'insured'. You will be provided with a UPS tracking number as soon as the package leaves our warehouse. You may check the status of the package during transit at 'http://www.ups.com/ ' or call 1-800-PICK-UPS. If the package arrives with visible physical damage, please contact us immediately at (909) 948-8400. We will be responsible for filing all shipping damage claims on your behalf. Once again all packages are fully 'INSURED' with higher or equal value.
In addition, if the correct item arrives and you decided not to accept, we offer a 3 day exchange from the date you received the package. We will not be liable for return shipping charges for the correct item you ordered, or any incidental, indirect, consequential, or damages of any nature arisen during transit--In order for you to receive a full refund whether we shipped the wrong item or correct item to you, the item must be returned to our facility in perfect condition. If the item arrived defective due to shipping and handling, wrong item shipped, or any other reason, please contact us immediately. You will be asked to provide a photo and send a short description of the problems. Our claims department will respond within two business days. However, please note that it will take a bit more time if the problem requires replacement parts or repair from the manufacturer, but we will get the problems resolved in a timely matter and will make sure that it is never your loss.
1. All customers must contact us via email within 30 days after receipt of order if they want to return their order. Please contact ebigonline.com for the ROF form. Please fill it out as complete as possible and send the form along with the returned package back to us.
2.In spite of the issue, customer's item must be returned to our facility (with the ROF) at the buyers shipping expense. If we receive an item without the RETURN ORDER FORM (ROF) your claim will not be processed.
3. Upon receipt of the item and completion of our inspection, a refund or replacement will be processed. If the order is found to be defective, we can either grant a full refund (Credit Card, Paypal, or check), or a replacement at no additional cost. If the order is not found to be defective we can only grant a refund that is 80% of your original payment. Ebigonline.com reserves the right as final authority on whether the products should be replaced or refunded.
Besides online, we also offer local pick up for those who are willing to drive and save shipping charge (please contact us for details, certain restrictions apply). We also accept payment on site through PayPal with all major credit cards. California sales tax applied. We encourage you to inspect all items thoroughly to make sure there is no physical damage, before leaving our store. If the item is defective or mal-function soon as being used, we offer exchange or full store credit. Exchange policy for local customers is 10 days.
