Q. Are your products actually brand new or are they refurbished/returned items?
A. We do not support the idea of having fine prints. We do not sell refurbished, used, and defective products. All items are sold BRAND NEW in the original packaging from the manufacturers.

Q. Can we pick up the item at your location?

Q. What is your return policy?
A. eBigonline's return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. Item(s) must be returned to our facility unopened and in original packaging. Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost. If an item is lost during transit, arrives damaged, defective, or for any other reason(s), please contact us immediately to obtain RA # before sending back to us. There will be a 15% restocking fee if the item is returned without RA #. eBigonline employs a team of dedicated staff to assist any returns, claims, and dissatisfaction you may have after your purchase. Once again, buyers must contact us in advance.
